Personal Training Packages guaranteed to deliver results are available to suit all budgets, please get in touch and we can discuss options further. I tend to deliver hour long sessions between 1 and 3 times per week depending on your goals and availability.

I'll come to you and bring all the relevant equipment.

Corporate Training Packages Do you have VIPs, clients or employees who are working away from their normal base in the short or long term and could benefit from expert advice and a training programme? I will visit them at the workplace, hotel or other location convenient to them.

Remember, you don't just get me for a couple of hours a week, I'll be on hand (via phone or email) to answer any queries you have and keep you motivated to ensure your success.
